b294b82c84 Update notification log 
- Change notification presentation to better match notification shade
- Stop constantly removing and readding all of the preferences
- Update individual preferences in a kind of hacky way (to be improved
later)
- Link notification entries to notification preferences screen
- Hide notification summaries

72d3c27d6a Settings: Notification string tweaks. 
- Sounds & Notifications -> Sound & Notifications
- Notification station title -> Notification log
- Use dark theme for station to ensure icon is visible, boost
  all text to theme's primary color.

4a35051565 App-level notification configuration settings page. 
New sub-page off of notification settings to ban/unban
apps and navigate to an app's notification configuration
activity (if configured).

Centralized all notification settings artifacts under a new
settings subpackage.
