The BatteryFixSlice hasn't been used for a while, and it's introducing
memory leaks due to a design change at the framework's end. Hence,
remove it.

Separate notification and ring controllers based on the ring/volume
stream alias boolean in config.xml.
For both ring and volume controller: Not show vibrate icon when vibration is not supported on device. Show
silent icon instead.
Known issue: Add the notification volume slider only in Settings, and
not in VolumePanelDialog. When the alias is set to false and the streams
separated, the ring volume slider in VolumePanelDialog keeps its title
of "Ring & notification volume" instead of changing to "Ring volume".

When users open volume panel and keep on changing the volume slider for
a while, the panel starts to defer the slider updating, and finally gets
stuck and causes an ANR.
Root cause:
Volume panel has four volume adjusting slices. Each of them registers
a broadcast receiver to listen to the volume changed and muted events.
However, when the media volume changes, AudioManager will send four
broadcasts (music, assistant, accessibility, tts) to every receiver, and
each of them will reload slice four times. Thus, one media volume
changed event will lead to 16 (4*4) UI updates. Consequently, keeping on
sliding the volume bar will trigger hundreds of broadcasts and UI
updates, which makes the system busy and getting stuck.
Solution:
Introduce a VolumeSliceHelper to integrate the broadcasts of the volume
slices specifically.
1. Only register one broadcast receiver to reduce the broadcast loading
since the four slices are listening to the same signal.
2. Filter the only one eligible broadcast among the multiple concurrent
ones, and then relay it to the registered slice.
3. Listen to one more action STREAM_DEVICES_CHANGED_ACTION to update the
volume panel when audio output device changes.

Currently we create Always on Display slice through
AmbientDisplayAlwaysOnPreferenceController. However, as the Always on
Display is merged into Idle lock screen, the conversion won't work
properly anymore when devices support the aware sensor.
Hence, we create another custom slice for this purpose.

- Remove the controller in SoundSettings, just use the common one.
- Update a bunch of IDs so ZenModeSliceBuilder maps to the toggle
button in zen_mode_settings.xml
This is needed so the slice intent (left target when shown in search)
is the same as what we index from search side. Previously the search
indexer is finding zen_mode from sound page but the slice itself is
reporting a deep link into zenModeSettings page.

- Introduce a static long in SliceFeatureProvider that updates once
every "session". A session is when user is in an UI (screen rotation,
going to subpage, etc does not break the continuation of session).
- Use session token in ContextualWifiSlice to determine when to refresh,
instead of relying on WeakHashMap from CustomSliceManager.
WeakHashMap can be cleaned up at any time by gc so it doesn't match
what we want on the UI.
- Also as a side fix, merged CustomSliceManager into
SliceFeatureProvider.

Title is "NFC", and See More takes you to the Advanced Device Connectivity
page.
Possibly use cases would be for apps that need to enable NFC for their
peripheral, or accessory.

When there is a connected wifi, we now hide the wifi slice card.
However, if we initially shows this card but later wifi is connected
while the card is visible, we keep showing this card to avoid janky
animation. The card will be gone if user nagivates to a different UI and
comes back.
- Create a new slice ContextualWifiSlice for homepage use case, all
special logic for homepage are added here.
- Change reference for WIFI_SLICE to CONTEXTUAL_WIFI_SLICE where make
sense.
