25b0db21ac Get app label by launched package 
- Activity#getCallingPackage will return null in some special cases, use the launched package instead.

b0aee6abd0 Fix null App name in Wi-Fi scanning prompt dialog 
App name of the dialog msg is null because getCallingPackage() is null
when calling activity does not use startActvitiyForResult().

We don't do anything else.

This patch can't compile pass and run test case.
We will update other patches to fix these problem.
