The fingerprint settings screen looked ugly so an
icon was added and the styles used in the
preferences normalized so everything lines up
and is flush now.

Also cleans up unnecessary 0s and moves tint to the proper place in
relevant vector drawable XML files.
Preview layout is still WIP pending UX input, but I wanted to get this
CL in place so that we can test/demo the feature ASAP.

- Make it look like a sub settings activity, with back button
- Add disclaimer to describe what your fingerprint can be used for
- Update visuals and text for "Add fingerprint"
