2559f02d68 Clean up unnecessary spy context statements 
Remove spy context syntax because we do not need to
mock context anymore in the test cases.

97915b15d9 Add a flashlight slice in settings. 
- It retrieves the flashlight status from Settings.Secure.
- It uses the broadcast relay to update flashlight status
without action on the slice.
