hughchen	e94b02206e	Use BluetoothAdapter instead of LocalBluetoothAdapter ... LocalBluetoothAdapter only has a few APIs that is not supported by BluetoothAdapter, and lots of LocalBluetoothAdapter function pass parameter to BluetoothAdapter directly. Do the refactor in Settings, use BluetoothAdapter instead of LocalBluetoothAdapter.
