This cl refine battery icon ui in low battery mode:
1. Should show indicator(fixed in ag/2035178)
2. Show bolt icon when charging
3. When battery is low, set battery background as red and indicator
as white.
This cl also includes the field updates for battery.

the non-indexable keys and verify that each of the results
are not a part of that list.
This CL moves the non-indexable keys logic into a
controller for shared use between SearchFragment

1. Change card_background to default background color. In settings
light theme, background color is exactly the #fafafa
2. Change card_background_grey to colorSecondary, which is

- Add a method in VisibilityLoggerMixin to log visible event using
LogMaker, which allows logging additional FIELD_CONTEXT field.
- In Utils.startFragment, add current page's metricsCategory as an extra
to next page.
- In next page's onResume(), extract the previous page's metricsCategory
and send it to VisibilityLoggerMixin.visible()
- Update all caller with additional paramters

This adds bunch of shadow/placeholder classes and logic to handle
references to Android internal resources or newly added classes/methods
that Robolectric hasn't yet picked up.
Developers can follow ManageApplicationsTest example to use the shadow
classes and the utility method to start ther fragment in their
robolectric tests.

This CL extracts the code that counts the number of installed apps
for a set of users from ManageApplications to a helper class,
InstalledAppCounter. The new helper is designed to be unit-testable
(PackageManager dependencies are injected via a new PackageManagerWrapper
abstraction) and customizable (the set of users for which to count is
specified by subclasses).
The CL adds a unit test for the InstalledAppCounter as well.
