871078e91b Add WiFi toggle prompts - settings 
If permission review is enabled toggling WiFi on or off
results in a user prompt to collect a consent. This applies
only to legacy apps, i.e. ones that don't support runtime
permissions as they target SDK 22.

b9ab480a29 Disabled BSM mode switch when plugged in 
Battery Saver mode can no longer be toggled
when the device is plugged in. Additionaly,
A content description was added to the switch
so that talkback says something when it is single
tapped.

9b3000d8ac Revert change to move Display->Ambient Display to Moves->Quick screen 
check.

1. Add back original toggle for Display->Ambient Display and revert
summary text.
2. Remove Moves->Quick screen check preference and related scroll logic.
3. Remove ambient display related animation videos

f4c8f6ee15 Fix app info crashes when package is uninstalled from terminal. 
Move start listening to the package removed intents to onCreate()
and continue listening throughout the whole lifecycle of the activity so
that if user unintall the package in the background, it will still be
notified.

30e348b3c3 Fix accessibility title in confirm device credential fragment. 
When setting the accessibility title in confirm credential fragment, it
simply does nothing if the title is null. But for most of the confirm
fragment only have header and details, not the title. In that case,
nothing will be set. Changing it to use the supplemental text directly
if the title is null.
