Add the OBB usage to the application details for USB storage / SD card
storage usage.

Application data usage on the SD card (or USB storage) was not being
reported by the Manage Applications screen. This is important for
upcoming OBB space accounting.

- Battery stats now aggregates bluetooth usage.
