c7b568751e Use Intent.EXTRA_USER for ACTION_CHANGE_DEFAULT 
Use Intent.EXTRA_USER to pass the UserHandle as the extra field of
ACTION_CHANGE_DEFAULT.

37efa64d63 Fixes Settings app crashing when NfcAdapter is null 
If a device doesn't support NFC then
android.settings.NFCSHARING_SETTINGS and
android.nfc.cardemulation.action.ACTION_CHANGE_DEFAULT intents shouldn't
do anything and gracefully exit.

Test: Manual; Emulate a non-NFC device and test with apks sending intents

78ce5e8c9f Prevent newlines and long captions selecting default payment app 
This would allow attackers to spoof the default selection
dialog causing the user to unkowingly change their default
payment handler.
