Test: Verified regular fingerprint enrollment correctly logged
enrollment.
Test: Verified that the find fingerprint sensor activity no longer
falsely reports a failed enrollment.

Fingerprint enrollment shows a find sensor screen which makes a call to
FingerprintManager.enroll(), the purpose is to get the user to locate
the sensor. The consequence was that logging built into the framework
was incorrectly logging a failed enrollment after cancellation.

This change do the 2 things:
1. Add new junit tests files which replace robolectric
RobolectricTestRunner & RuntimeEnvironment with
AndroidX objects without problem.
2. Remove the robolectric test files which have it's new junit files.
This change migrate 103 files, there are still 1209
files to go.

The check logic of this preference requires a page loading prior to
slice auto convertion, so it is not suitable to become a slice.
Converting it to a slice will lead to an app crash.
