0ab3283ccf Update api name 
Use CachedBluetoothDevice.connect() instead of
CachedBluetoothDevice.connect(boolean) to connect
Bluetooth device.

1fc7629dda Add layout for advanced BT detail header 
If device supports metadata, then we display advanced UI in Bluetooth
details header. This CL adds layout for this header.

In advanced layout, it will show:
1. Device name
2. Left, right and case icon
3. Left, right and case battery level

Once API is ready, following CL will get metadata from it and set it
to UI.

8ad18fb3eb Use SettingsLib's ActionButtonsPreference 
Since we moved old ActionButtonPreference into
SettingsLib, we need to update new imports and
declaration in Settings source code.

5c7f4de999 Remove setButtonPositive method 
Since new UI design only exist two button in layout,
we don't need these methods anymore.

3adb74ea60 Apply new action button visual design 
- Add some icon resources.
- Add icon for each button in action button preference.
- Update "Enable" and "Disable" string to "Install" and "uninstall".
- Remove unused string.
- Add divider between entity header and action buttons.

We don't do anything else.

This patch can't compile pass and run test case.
We will update other patches to fix these problem.

b6fc6e31a5 Add a confirmation dialog when forgetting BT device 
This adds a confirmation dialog for when you hit the "Forget" button to
unpair with a device from the Bluetooth device details page.

04a3b2199e Add a new Bluetooth device details page

Test: make RunSettingsRoboTests

The existing behavior is to bring up a dialog with Bluetooth device
details with checkboxes for each supported profile. This adds a new page
that serves the same purpose with a switch for each profile and a footer
containing the MAC address.

Whether to use the new page or old dialog is controlled by a flag
accessible via BluetoothFeatureProvider.
