The screen saver setting is coming from different apps to modify
their options. This will confuse people that they were modifying
something in Settings rather than in other apps. To improve that,
we added an icon of active dream and put it on the left side of
current screen saver setting, which is to let people clearer to
know that they were modifying the options in other apps.

This reverts commit 08f2a58459.
Reason for revert: design changed, we decide to take the user to
the entry after clicking on a search result.
It's opposite with what we did, so we revert related CL first.

To getPreferenceControllers. "all" is redundant. Then internally, the
old getPreferenceControllers() is renamed to
createPreferenceControllers() to emphasize the controllers are created
from code (versus the ones created from xml).

- Add missing title to preference screen xml so that they will be used to
set the activity title when the fragment is launched.

Reworked the way screensaver settings are laid out for O. Instead of
using the options menu and dialogs to navigate screensaver options,
there are now two rows: one row for the screensaver choice and
optionally its own settings, and one row for the "when to show" setting.
And now there's a nice obvious button you can press to preview your
choices.
