f1dade40d2 Use binary resource support in robolectric 
The resources available to tests are now exactly the merged resources
located in the APK under test.

bd180a62ec Introduce boolean flag to show/hide Reset Options. 
This adds one new flag:
config_show_reset_dashboard

Which when set to false, will hide Reset Options from System settings.
