3/ SUW lib Glif and theme add additional padding in sud_layout_content

Temporary remove the redundant padding from ChooseLockPattern and
ConfirmLockPattern as a workaround solution.

Test: make and check visual on foldable
Test: make RunSettingsRoboTests
