Refactoring for bluetooth dialogs

Dialogs displayed when attempting to connect
to a bluetooth device have been refactored so
that they use a proper dialog fragment. Hardware
dependencies have also been refactored into a
controller class to make it possible to test
these dialogs as well as the controller
independently of one another.
