Use MasterSwitchPref vs subclass
MasterSwitchPrefence changed in an incompatible way, but also added functionality so we no longer need to subclass it. Test: atest Fixes: 146503141 Change-Id: I2441c8c265370c138ced13741aa5afd5c2088917
