Add Trackpad settings tests

1. TrackpadBottomPreferenceControllerTest
2. TrackpadPointerSpeedPreferenceControllerTest
3. TrackpadReverseScrollingPreferenceControllerTest
4. TrackpadTapToClickPreferenceControllerTest
