Bluetooth: aim OPEN_RECEIVED_FILES at bluetooth

Bluetooth is the receiver for the OPEN_RECEIVED_FILES intent, so we
should aim the intent directly at them.

Test: go to BT settings and click "Open Received Files" in the context
