Refactor nfc preference controller
- Remove BaseNfcPreferenceController. - NfcPreferenceController inherit from TogglePreferenceController. - AndroidBeamPreferenceController inherit from BasePreferenceController. - Override getIntentFilter in NfcPreferenceController to listen changes. - Add an API (hasAsyncUpdate) into BasePreferenceController to distinguish the setting which is updated asynchronously.
