Fonts-only cut: the 6 Apache-2.0 system font-family RRO overlays (Roboto, RobotoFlex, Inter, Fucek, ExtFont, Rookery), the fonts_customization.xml family mapping, and the font binaries it references. Does not pull in the ~80 per-clock-face overlays, the bundled third-party apps, or the gestural-nav overlays also present in upstream's vendor/addons -- out of scope, see README.md. Some font binaries (Google Sans, Nothing Ndot, Motorola MotoMilkyStacked) have no LICENSE file upstream; committed anyway per an explicit, informed user decision -- see README.md and notes/axion-port-plan.md item 3 for the record.
