oxmc 38369b1da9 Add FontArcticonsSansOverlay switcher, matching the other 6 fonts 
A family definition in fonts_customization.xml alone is inert -- it
needs a switcher RRO (config_bodyFontFamily override) to actually be
selectable as the active system font, same as every other font here.
