oxmc 53366173c4 manifest: comment out app_PawletAndroidAuto, not pushed to git.oxmc.me yet 
The local checkout is just a PLAN.md with no commits and no remote --
this entry has been breaking repo sync with "Repository not found"
since nothing exists at PawletOS/app_PawletAndroidAuto on the server.
Same pattern as the existing commented-out update_engine block.
