initial Raspberry Vanilla AOSP 12 commit

  - ALSA loop is used to support HDMI audio on Pi 4 because VC4 HDMI
    audio devices use SNDRV_PCM_FORMAT_IEC958_SUBFRAME_LE that is not
    supported on Android
