bluetooth: remove unused BDROID_BUILDCFG header

* Doesn't do anything if BOARD_HAVE_BLUETOOTH_BCM is not set.
* Bluetooth device name is parsed from 'ro.product.model' if no default
  is provided using 'bluetooth.device.default_name' property.
