Kevin 34cf2616b5 Fix issue keeping Go recents view GONE ...

Go recents view was always GONE before. This is because Go was missing
logic in its CONTENT_ALPHA property to set visibility on appropriate
alpha changes. This CL fixes this.

Test: Manual test and see the view is there
