Selim Cinek e04e8b2a14 Fixed a crash when an image with an odd width/height was selected

Due to an internal rounding in the renderer, the calculations
for the cropping area could be slightly offset, getting out
of the image boundaries. I sanitized the rect by ensuring they
are inside the image.

Create separate project for Wallpaper Picker

This project contains the wallpaper picker for Launcher3. It's in a separate
folder to organize the code separately from the rest of the launcher, and has
a manifest so that a separate Eclipse project can exist for the wallpaper
picker (necessary to have the Eclipse build work)
