Tony Wickham 6c82867a7e Add shadow to badges ...

- Add static method to ShadowGenerator to generate a
  circle Bitmap with a shadow.
- Move setColorScale() from DragView to Themes, and
  use it to apply color to the shadowed Bitmap.
