Tony Wickham 5aeb3b84b8 Refactor SwipeDetector to track both axes ...

Existing clients now use the SingleAxisSwipeDetector subclass. A
followup CL will add BothAxesSwipeDetector, whose first client will be
the quick switch from home controller.
