1. BlurFallbackStyle/BlurStyle will now be applied in Launcher startup.
When "updateBlurStyle" is called, individual element style's swap
happens as per blur style.
2. "hasOpaqueBg" background will now be checked in "applyDepthAndBlur"
for setting the "currentBlur" value.
