This change adds in additional Lottie animations for foldable devices for the redesigned gesture navigation tutorial. Flag: ENABLE_NEW_GESTURE_NAV_TUTORIAL Bug: 253520701 Test: Went through the gesture navigation tutorial on foldables and verified animations show up correctly. Change-Id: I88b9094dcc0074f70670402870944db0fa57ebbe
