Imported first version of my Solaris port.
* configure.in: Check for `kstat_open' in `-lkstat'.
* libgtop-sysdeps.m4: Recognize the `solaris' sysdeps directory
when the `--enable-hacker-mode' parameter was given.

* libgtop-sysdeps.m4: Moved here from the macros directory,
formerly known as `macros/gnome-libgtop-sysdeps.m4'.
(--enable-hacker-mode): New command line parameter to configure,
enables building of unstable sysdeps directories.
(LIBGTOP_HACKER_TESTS): New macro to check for unsafe things when
hacker mode was enabled.
